Housemade croissants baked in your home oven! Place your croissants on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet, cover loosely with plastic wrap and let them sit in a warm, draft free spot for 6-8 hours (I put mine on top of my oven) . Preheat your oven to 400F and bake for 20 minutes, turning half way through to ensure even baking. Egg wash croissants after they've been sitting out and before going into the oven (egg wash recipe: 1 egg and 1 tsp milk; mix well).
Cinnamon rolls can go on a baking sheet and warmed in the oven for 6 min. Top with included cream cheese frosting and enjoy with a cup of coffee.
Danish squares are for the adventurous - top with your favorite sweet or savory fillings. At the bakery we top with cream cheese and everything spice mix or sprinkle with fresh/frozen fruit and a sprinkle of sugar. Get creative!
Almond croissants are already baked so they don't need to rise; just bake form frozen and top with powdered sugar before and after baking!
