SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping for a flat rate box of $8 recommended by USPS.  We deliver anywhere within the US and we ensure that your package arrives safely and on time with our product satisfaction guarantee.  We estimate deliveries to be 3-5 business days after your order is placed. 

DROP-OFF / PICK UP SERVICE

We are also offering local drop-off for a fee of $7 with a 1 business day delivery guarantee anywhere within the City of Chicago city limits.  We also have pick up location set up at our partners located at:

  -Cermak Produce #2 at 4401 W. Armitage Ave. Chicago, IL 60639

  -Le BARKery at 4151 N. Broadway Chicago, IL 60613 

Pick up locations also have a 1 business day guarantee only with email confirmation. Once you place your order, we will confirm either drop-off location with date/time or pick up location with date it will be ready.  To pick up order you must be able to show confirmation email and an ID to pick it up.
